SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are handmade, packaged with a smile and shipped from St. Louis, MO.  Packages are shipped to the address you provide at checkout so please be sure that your shipping information is correct before clicking submit. Once processed, most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).  We use USPS to ship our orders.   Please allow 2 - 4 business days transit for domestic orders (after processing).  Made U Smile, LLC is not responsible for any broke, damaged, lost, stolen or delayed packages after your item is shipped and in the hands of USPS.  We thoroughly inspect all goods before shipping.  Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.  Click HERE for more information about filing a claim with the USPS.

Packages that are returned for incorrect address, you will have to pay additional shipping cost to be resent out.

We do not ship outside of the United States.
