Q: What type of payments do we accept?
A: We accept all forms of payment via credit and debit card which is processed through a secure network. We also expect PayPal payments. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account. PayPal will process your credit/debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) all without having a PayPal account.
Q: When will my Smile item(s) ship?
A: All our handmade items are shipped from St. Louis, MO. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your items to be shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order ships with a tracking number. Please allow 5 business days, from ship date, before you send an email about your order.
Q: How is the shipping fee calculated?
A: US Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $50.00 (excluding taxes) are shipped for FREE.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Q: Do you accept exchanges and returns?
A: Due to the nature of our products being one of a kind and or customized for you, unfortunately we do not offer the option of exchanges and returns. All sales are final. However, if you find an item to be damaged upon arrival, please email madeusmilejewelry@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your item. Made U Smile Jewelry accepts jewelry returns for repair within 14 mailing days of USPS tracking delivery date after you received the item. We will do our best to work with you and keep you smiling. Made U Smile Jewelry, LLC is not responsible for any broke, damaged, lost, stolen or delayed packages after your item is shipped and in the hands of USPS. We thoroughly inspect all goods before shipping.
Q: How do I apply my discount?
A: Only one discount can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer or sale. All coupon or discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase as we are unable to retroactively apply them. Discount codes may not be used on custom orders or any orders requiring a custom invoice.
Q: How do I care for my Made U Smile pieces?
A: We want your fun fashionable Made U Smile Jewelry pieces to last for a long time. Follow the wear and care guidelines.
AVOID contact with moisture. Apply lotions, perfumes, body oils, hairspray, etc. first, then place your jewelry on last to minimize contact with the chemicals. Some metals can tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture and or chemicals.
REMOVE before exercising, bathing, showering, swimming, cleaning and sleeping. If your jewelry gets wet, dry it off immediately with a clean cloth.
STORE the pieces of jewelry in a dry place and in the jewelry bag or box.
CARE for and be gentle with taking the jewelry on and off. We recommend you apply each beaded bracelet one at a time and to roll each beaded bracelet onto your wrist. Putting on or removing the layered bracelets all at once may cause the elastic to snap and now your smile becomes a frown.
Our stainless-steel pieces are non-tarnish, hypoallergenic.
Q: How do I measure my wrist?
A: Most of our bracelets are 7 inches for women/she/her and 8 inches for men/he/him. The easiest way is to determine your wrist size is to use a tape measure. Simply wrap the tape measure around your wrist and note the measurement in inches. If you like a snug fit, use the exact measurement or add .25 inches. If you'd like a looser fit add .25 - .5 inches to your measurement. In the absence of a tape measure, use a piece of string. Wrap it around your wrist and note the size of the string, then compare that size next to a ruler. Please do not estimate or count beads of another bracelet.
Q: Do you make custom jewelry?
A: Yes. Please contact me at madeusmilejewelry@gmail.com and in the subject line, put CUSTOM, and provide the details of your request, type of item (e.g., bracelet, necklace, etc.), size, and medium you would like used (e.g., glass beads, agate beads, etc.). If you provide a photo for inspiration, please note that my design will be different than the referenced photo.
You will be contacted within 3-5 business days to ensure receipt and clarity of your custom order. If I am unable to make your requested item, you will be notified.
All custom orders will be charged a $25-dollar non-refundable fee. That fee will be applied to your balance. All custom orders are nonreturnable and non-refundable.
