RETURN POLICY

No one likes returns, but they happen.  We want to keep you smiling!  All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (24 - 48 hours) if the item is damaged.  We accept jewelry returns for repair within 14 mailing days of the USPS tracking delivery date.  To start a return for repair, contact madeusmilejewelry@gmail.com and provide your name, order number and tracking number.  Once item is received for repair, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive your return. Repairs will be provided for free providing all beads are recovered from the original piece.  The Item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.  

Due to our pieces being one of a kind, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection.  We reserve the right to refuse a return for repair, if policies are not followed. 

We work very hard to represent everything accurately, and everything is made with the highest attention to detail. We know it can be tricky buying things online, so keep in mind that colors can vary from screen to screen.
